The clock starts when our team arrives at your property and stops when the last item is safely in your new home. Yes, definitely. For 1- to 3-bedroom homes we can give a highly accurate estimate over the phone or via email using our online inventory checklist. Just list your furniture items and give us an approximate count of your moving boxes. For homes or properties which have tricky access or mansions with lots of outdoor furniture and items we can arrange a quick video call or a walkthrough to guarantee an accurate quote.

We believe in being upfront so we don't hide any charges. We don't charge extra for weekend bookings as we know Saturday and Sunday are times for Melburnians to move. However if your property has challenges for our movers in Melbourne like three flights of narrow stairs without a lift please let us know so we can add the extra time into your estimate.
